START TIMES:  Expert: 9am - Challenge: 9.15  Sport: 9.30

REGISTRATION: Where? Registration will take place on Friday evening from 5-8pm, and Saturday from 7.30 - 8.30am at Áislann Kilcar community hall in Kilcar village.
Here you will get your race number and GPS tracker.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION: We will be accepting registrations on Friday 5-8, and Saturday from 7 - 8 am. We cannot accept any new registrations after 8am.

Parking? Event parking is available at the Kilcar GAA grounds, 600m from Kilcar Village.

Before the Race: Participants for each event must assemble at the start area (Aislinn Centre) for race briefing 15 mins before race start.

After the Race: The race will finish beside the Áislann Cill Chartha where registration takes place. Hot food and refreshments will be available to participants in the hall.

Bike collection: Competitors can collect their bikes from finish area transition by presenting their race number to officials.

MANDATORY KIT NEEDED.

● Appropriate food and drink. There will be limited water re-filling points on the course. 
● Cycle helmet, bike repair kit, spare tube, pump. 
● Hat, Dry technical top, Waterproof jacket (Challenge & Expert). Sport - Jacket required.
● Suitable footwear - Trail shoes are specifically designed to give greater grip and stability for off running terrain. 
● Backpack or bum bag. 
● All kit will be checked before the race.

GPS Trackers.
It's recommended you wear a cycling jersey or have a bum bag to carry GPS tracker. This would go in the middle pocket of the jersey
